Pros

Customer oriented and employee driven culture. Fast moving, high energy environment. Employees are encouraged to reach max potential. Open-door policy with all levels of management. Competitive salary and benefit package.

Cons

If you just want to collect a paycheck and are not interested in growing personally and professionally, this is not the place for you.

Pros

Senior managers reward their employees when they go a above and beyond. They communicate well and act on suggestions from the staff. Benefits are very good and the owners have made an effort to increase the benefits in the past year or so.

I can't think of any cons at this time.
