The office is nice. Everyone in senior management drives a nice car :)

Cons

Senior Management is a joke. THEY ARE ALL racist republicans with no respect for anyone that has different views.

Pros

I've been an employee at Wittenbach for almost 10 years and have had continuous opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Managers are always looking for ways to help their employees achieve their goals and to push them to better themselves in their careers. Wittenbach is also a very close knit company where Sr. Management and even the owner of the company knows all employees by name and they take the time to form relationships with them. You're not just a number at Wittenbach.

Cons

The company is growing... and with growth comes change. No one is a fan of change. But if you stick it out you'll see that the change happening is only for the better.

Not a con but fast pace environment. You never get bored. Opportunities within the company are growing. Solid company and team
