Wolfe has become the preeminent ER boutique on the street for a reason - the talent here is outstanding and it’s a great place for the initiated. If you stand out, you’ll be recognized and rewarded by management. With hundreds of hedge fund accounts, exits to the buy side are extremely common.

Cons

The cons will be dependent upon your analyst, and your broader team. With the analysts all being top-ranked talent, the broader environment is what you make of it. Expectations are high, and hours long.
