Fast-paced work environment focused on getting the best out of their employees. Meritocracy where time and energy is devoted to individual and team development. Most people are extremely passionate about what they're doing and put in the time and energy to be the best at it.

Cons

Slightly informal infrastructure- it's up to the individual to figure out who to go to for questions and take the initiative to follow through.
