Pros

1. Some of the most smart, dedicated, and passionate folks I have met.

Cons

1. Management - An example of what not to do 2. Vision/Strategy - A history of flip-flopping and poor decision making 3. Culture - Titled the Cree Way, one of the more often quotes directives within the Cree Way is 'Speed and Flexibility are weapons for Success'. The reality is 'Lack of Thought/Planning and sequential knee-jerk reactions are weapons of mass destruction of morale, and employees'
