      Pros

      12 hours of intense exercise while dropping weight because the HVAC doesnt work but at least the office personnel have installed skylights and colorful paint to brighten their day. Notice all the good reviews here are from office personnel who can visit the gym and work out for a few hours during their 8 hour shift and the bad ones from the workers.who cant be late a few minutes from lunch without getting an occurence.

      Cons

      Seeing Daylight an hour a day, No support to do your job. It takes an act of Congress to get an adjustable wrench which turns out to be an el cheapo and breaks after two uses. Still as hard to move up as ever before. You can have 5 years of service and a college degree with great reviews and you still get by passed for an outsider.

      Incompetent managers continue to get promoted, the good ol boy network is encouraged, true talent is overlooked, minorities and women are way under paid, the entire HR team is corrupt and not trustworthy it’s as though they work for the management and not for the people that are doing all of the work. No work life balance is expected, there is a strong push to manage by fear.

      management does not even value an extremely hard working employee. Employees are threatened through daily e-mails and meetings. Employee morale is non existent. ALL benefits come out of the meager pay that they give the employees. Reviews are a joke. The supervisors talk to you like they know nothing about your work ethics...like they are making stuff up to discount your worth. It will tear your soul out of you and spit it out.
