      Cons

      HR, management, lack of professional engineering environment. I got fired from a salary position after the job requirements changed and my skillset was no longer well suited to meet the requirements of the position and did not receive any severance pay. What they really needed was an expert on the maintenance of the tools I "owned." Just like the expect that got fired while I was there for a "poor attitude" because he had been working their for 10+ years and got sick of the ****. I documented numerous issues with the maintenance and upkeep of the tools but no headway was ever made on any of the serious issues because of lack of support from maintenance, operations, and product engineering.
