Good compensation package. On-site gym and cafe.

Cons

Managers don’t trust employees, micromanage, and lie to retain control. My manager lied to me directly multiple times, and never expressed remorse. He had a complete lack of trust in me - checking in on me constantly in the occasional times I worked from home, and even requesting security camera footage of me while at work. Meanwhile, in one on one’s and reviews I received nothing but positive feedback. I don’t recommend Wolfspeed if you want to do meaningful work in an environment of trust and teamwork.

Technology’s good! You will learn a lot

Cons

Management is useless. No feedback to employees on whether they’re on the right track! It is a revolving door for engineers and technicians alike. A lot talk about diversity and support only to have the rug pulled from under your feet. Good luck connecting with HR!

-access to udemy / coursera so you can upskill for the next role. -overtime is available -workplace safety is prioritized -overtime is not mandatory

Cons

-learning a new tool is hard especially if the trainer is just as tired as you are. -CLOCKWATCHERS!!!! never be late. even for one minute. even if you get to your post and the tool is down with no tech available for 6 hours. -ensure requests for time off are responded to in person by your supervisor, or he will pretend he didn't get your email/ message, and people very easily get fired for that.
