Sadly terrible

Pros

Bi-weekly pay and good benefits.

Cons

No one will heed advice given by those that do the job. It take years for issues to be addressed. In the meantime workers personally suffer the pain, mis-treatment and consequences of following the bad leadership decisions. This will include firings, being ignored, loss of common privileges, write-ups, spiteful lectures and overall fear. There will be no apology or acceptance of responsibilty for when leadership's mistakes have become obvious and corrected. You will be torn down until you submit even when tasks are impossible. Management too may be scared to lose face on decisions, therefore blaming regular workers rather than the faulty processes. Beware, sadly.

Pros

If you actually manage to get hired and onboarded within the 3-6 months it takes them to complete the process, you get paid weekly.

Cons

No leadership from production supervisors, operations managers, and non-operations personnel such as HR. You are on your own here and you'd have better luck finding your way around a deserted island than finding any rhyme or reason in this place for how anything is done. There is no communication, no follow-up on any issues or concerns you may have. It is a hazardous workplace yet you will hardly have anyone prioritize your safety. You constantly have to advocate for your safety and your boundaries, as leadership will repeatedly look past and diminish your concerns. All the corporate propaganda they try to sell to you in your trainings and meetings is hypocrisy for what actually happens on the production floor as your well-being is in no way a concern for this giant corporation.

Pros

Average benefits, average everything else

Cons

During tough economic times you will be laid off unless you are on bottom of pay scale
