Pros

Most Members are great to work with. The promises of "changes for the better" are ever present. The benefits are top tier and affordable. The locations are accessible and near my home. The product diversity provides peace of mind.

Cons

The management structure is constantly changing and those who stick around don't believe in the CEO's methods. This leads to a terrible work environment due to tremendous inconsistencies and no clear message as to how to do your job.

Only "Yes men" have any future within company. DEI rules HR. Culture of "If employee has a great idea, it is management's success and they'll congratulate each other. If there is any failure, it's all on employees and leadership had no responsibility in it."
