Pros

Excellent benefits package. The company will do positive things on occasion for employees (free virus shots, etc.).

Cons

Work pace is chaotic and reactive in multiple areas. Customer service is drowning in work with too few people and no real training for people coming in. There are knowledgeable people, but, overwhelmed with work to truly share and impart that knowledge.
