      Pros

      High agency and high autonomy work environment. Everyone here is quite senior in their careers and as such is owning large scope of projects. Can really feel the exact impact your role is having at the company. Some really exciting new customers over the last year have driven a ton of growth and so always new features to work on.

      Cons

      Things move fast, very fast, so there is a lot of context switching to keep things moving. We say speed beats strategy but there is an opportunity to focus in on a fewer priorities at a time .

      Great remote environment, high degree of autonomy, lots of room to deliver impactful work under strong leadership.

      No path for individual growth/promotion, earlier stage company without meaningful review cycles or levels.

      Pros

      WorkOS has been by far the best place that I've worked. I'll echo what previous reviewers have said as well about employees being intelligent, motivated, and driven. Engineering and non-engineering teams are incredibly collaborative and helpful making cross-functional work feel like less effort than I've found at past companies. We're constantly pushed to learn new skills and take ownership of projects. I've been really happy with the benefits as well which include a number of perks for remote-first work.

      Cons

      There really haven't been any cons so far. The only thing I'd say is that you have to be comfortable wearing many hats, but that's a common expectation for a company of WorkOS's size.
