Leaders listen, many opportunities to grow and contribute, we drink our own champagne (our technology helps us align our culture to shared purpose) and I feel valued and respected, everyone is incredibly collaborative, and our corporate mission is bending the future of work towards more humanity!

Pros

Workhuman is by far the best company I have worked for. This company is filled with fantastic people, who support an amazing culture of inclusion, innovation, and respect. This is a place where I feel that I can share my ideas and opinions without fear of judgement. I feel supported by my management team and peers across all departments. We are growing quickly, which of course can bring growing pains - but management is transparent about changes, our company goals, and where we are headed. I feel really excited about the future of this organization, and all the things we will accomplish together.

Cons

Not necessarily a con - but with our rapid growth, there is a lot of change. I think the changes help us stay agile and competitive in the market, but change can be hard for some.
