Given your long tenure you have no doubt been through a lot of change as the business has grown and it’s wonderful to hear you’ve had a positive experience! In regards to working from home, though a formal work from home policy is not currently in place, it is something that staff have done at times, following talking to their manager and HR. We are working on streamlining guidelines, and should any job applicants have specific requests, the HR team is happy to discuss this at the first interview. We also encourage our employees to discuss this with managers and we can review requests in line with business needs.

The Park West office park, where we are located, has seen an increase in commuter options over the last several years including the Park West to Cherry Tran stop, which is five minutes from our office (and serves the Portlaoise to Grand Canal Dock train stations). The bus stops to town and surrounding areas are all within 10 minutes of the office, including a newer direct shuttle bus to Dublin city centre, which leaves every half hour. Feedback from our colleagues is that these options have really improved commute times. We also offer free car parking and flexible start times. With all of these options to get to our office, we hope each individual can find a commuting option that is comfortable for them.
