      Great emphasis on positive feedback, Good environment for sharing ideas. Colleagues mean well

      Cons

      Subsections of the business are reluctant to embrace new ways of working despite efforts from leadership to reinforce these changes Disappointingly there are some cleeks that if you are not in them you are unlikely to succeed (this unfortunately contrary to the companies mission)
