      It could be much better

      Pros

      Good salary, nice perks (especially the points earned), 100% remote for engineering. People are very friendly.

      Cons

      Too much manual process, large (very large) legacy codebase and many tech debts. As a mobile developer most of the time you will realise the company has a mobile last culture.
