Pretty good perks which at the end are more then we’ll deserved

Cons

This is a very demanding call Center job, nothing more. A very bad experience overall. Toxic positivity, unrealistic targets, absolutely no place for improvement or recognition.

No formal reviews and structure means promotions are sketchy and irregular. Lack of direction and strategy from senior leaders.
