Pros

Interesting product and okay benefits

Cons

They post about the importance of employee preference when it comes to ways of working and post about all the benefits of remote working and how hybrid workers are the most stressed while then mandating people back to the office?? Values are in the bin. Everything is a lie.

Thank you for your feedback, we are committed to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive and contribute to our collective success. We will always have a mix of fully remote, fully onsite and hybrid workers but we believe a stronger cohort of hybrid workers is very aligned to our company mission and purpose focusing on the power and positive impact or meaningful human connections. If you have any further concerns, I encourage you to reach out to your HXSP directly.

Not agile at all

Pros

- No pressure; - Good perks; - Good work/life balance; - Good culture around awards and recognizing peers; Overall, it's a good company to work for because of the relaxed atmosphere, pressureless IT environment.

Cons

- No one cares about the development process, no one cares if we're doing Scrum wrong and no one cares about improving processes; - Criticising or raising points of improvement are not received well and most of the time are ignored; - The managers and decision makers want to centralize all the decisions, affecting by a big measure the developers autonomy; - The IT area doesn't have a clear vision of the future, and no communication is done to clarify that to the developers; - Tech is outdated; Not a good company if you want to learn new stuff and grow professionally.
