      From begging: -recruitment team is doing amazing job, they provide you with all the information you may have, support you on the every step, call you if you are ok - free food, snacks, events, drinks, -you using Workhuman app -amazing training provided with huge support - people listen you and help you if you need, just need to ask - massage, gym, insurance -they treat you as a human

      Pros

      Workhuman is a company that truly lives it's culture each and every day. Recognition is at it's core and it shows with every interaction that you have with people up and down the organization. They are a company that pays fairly and has a robust a detailed onboarding program; so you feel part of that culture from the moment that you are hired.

      Cons

      As with any company that grows rapidly, there are sometimes pains around certain technology being used, etc. but nothing that can't be overcome -- the pros outweigh the cons by far.
