Pros

Really positive, respectful and interesting place to work. The people are lovely and I've never had such great work-life balance. Recognition program is unbelievable, I've never felt so appreciated and receive feedback all the time to recognise me and help me grow. Huge support for developing people e.g. attending conferences, paying for tuition etc.

Really enjoying working here, no cons to speak of

Good benefits, lots of social events, no pressure, no one looking over your shoulder; Awards are given very often

Cons

No career progression; no training; communication is very limited; pay raise is not linked to performance review; the slower you are , the less work you will receive. People know how to work the system; you know when you should expect an award.

Everything. First of all - everybody is just nice to each other because the people really like to work for this company. Great benefits after the probation period, management really cares about the staff. Loads of nice perks etc. Fantastic recognition program. Well, what can I say? its just great to work with happy people :)
