Good people and a good mission.

Cons

Lack of mature process. Constant change. Low autonomy as leadership decides everything based on personal opinion, not data. Very hard to get career progression.

Recognition system used internally Free hot lunch twice a week

Cons

No desire to address tech debt in any real way. No follow through on non product roadmaps. Poor morale in engineering and platform departments.
