      Pros

      The style of management is by far the best. People do not micromanage every aspect of your day to day activities. The environment is laid back and people are kind, with a great culture.

      Cons

      The routine becomes stagnant after a few months, despite the company initiatives and events. People are caught in a cyclical routine, and therefore personal growth becomes dull.

      Good work environment, very fast paced. Using new technology to solve BIG business problems.

      Cons

      Organic leadership in the company. Lots of tribal knowledge. At this point there needs to be more leadership, up top, making decisions that drive the company forward.

      Pros

      There are too many to list. From the leadership, to the technology, to the campus to their internal processes everything is an absolute A++. They treat their employees with grace and respect and the technology is truly light years ahead of the competition. I am typically not a person to rave or be overly expressive but I feel very strongly in my support of this company.

      Cons

      In all honesty I can not think of a single con for this company.
