Pros

Coworkers are nice enough - everyone is in the same leaky boat in the same nasty storm here so there is a sense of camaraderie.

Cons

The micromanagement here is suffocating. (you will be asked to explain in writing why you used the bathroom more than twice and for more than 3 minutes each time on any given day). The expectations for how many calls you are supposed to take while simultaneously searching for resources and writing up your results are practically impossible unless you cheat or make nice with a manager so that they give you the very easiest work. Only the managers' friends and magicians can meet productivity standards. If you fall short, you will be asked to explain in writing why you didn't measure up and you will have to meet with supervisors to be berated and your job will be threatened. If you exceed productivity standards and earn bonuses, they will "miscalculate" what you've earned so that you aren't actually paid what you're owed, and you will have to explain to quizzical supervisors how you managed to produce so much (they assume you are cheating if you are able to meet and exceed their ridiculously high expectations). Don't expect managers to help. Most of them are incompetent and promoted out of favoritism and couldn't help you if they wanted to, which doesn't matter, because they don't want to help. They spend the day on YouTube and Facebook, and if you approach them with a question, you first have to wait for them to finish personal conversations and then you are in trouble for making your caller wait so long on hold while you got an answer for them. This job caused me an insane amount of personal stress, and ironically, I had the worst work/life balance of my career while working for a company that literally SELLS work/life balance products and services.

Pros

Everything the other reviews say about this company is true. Your Coworkers are awesome and the job is really not that bad. It is really all about upper management refusal to listen to their employees.

Cons

Upper management is horribly run. They never listen to their employees and there is no reward for working your hardest. Pay never goes up, even if you have been with the company for years. Very disorganized and horrible communication. Some people in upper management do not do anything.. its amazing how they are still here.

Pros

I recently walked out on the job....it was THAT unbearable.

Cons

Oppressive and DANGEROUS for Clinicians who care about their License. It truly amazes me how this ridiculous place remains in business. I have never experienced this caliber of inappropriate and supremely absurd service delivery in all of my 25 years! I could no longer participate in the lie.
