Pros

I love everything this company stands for. So much potential here with the services that are offered to clients.

Cons

Management focuses on production only and there is a lot of pressure on employees to move to the next call or case with little room to breathe or actually focus on serving the customer to the best of your ability. Training and quality are an afterthought which is counter productive for a wellness/well being focused company. Employees get burned out due to a culture of operating understaffed. Consultants cut corners for fear of not meeting production goals but subsequently get fired for it but this is the only way to survive if you want to make it here. Management plays favorites and it's very clear that the ones who get promoted are the ones who are on their "good side" because they go out partying with them. A word of advice. If you want to move up, be willing to go Out to the bars or parties with upper management. A lot of times, upper level positions aren't made available for all to apply, they are simply created for and given to the favorites.

Pros

decent entry level salary & work experience for recent college grads easy work, easy job to get (they fire constantly so there are always openings) ability to bond w/ good people who figure out they are under the direction of the dishonest good life lessons about how things are not always as they appear

Cons

discovering that the business model is actually based on duping providers & members being "led" by individuals w/ no professional management experience who are promoted because they party with others in management or are willing to tow the party line very short lunch breaks that are timed sexist approach to hiring, promoting, relating having to smile & pretend that things are ok when anyone with a conscience and a backbone knows they're not chronic, system-wide, betrayal of bonuses...putting caps on bonuses so they don't have to pay high-performing employees, unpaid bonuses, "miscalculated" bonuses, etc., having to listen to providers crying with frustration that they haven't been paid seeing good, smart, motivated employees being worked to the point of exhaustion In general, seeing a potential great offering to members & providers being reduced to its lowest common denominator

Pros

Fun, friendly peer environment Outstanding management when you get past those you must interact with daily

Cons

Unrealistic productivity standards - if you fall too far below quotas you get fired and if you exceed them you are scrutinized for any way you might have "cheated" because they know the goals are unrealistic. And I agree with the other reviews regarding promotion opportunities. If you're not in with the management clique, don't expect much advancement here. Team leads play favorites and pad their friends' bonuses with easy work and ensure they have plenty of time for chatting and giggling while the rest of the team works frantically to do the remaining work. They do actually tell you that the company does not offer breaks and you are expected to be away from your desk for less than five minutes per day. Management tracks your every move, each minute of each day, which creates an atmosphere of paranoia and distrust.
