My teammates are fun and great.

This company doesn't have a strong leadership. The current leaders here at Workstream are lackluster and incompetent. They're disrespectful toward the work-life balance of the employees, which is why most of us feel exhausted and overworked. We also feel undervalued due to the terrible salary, and this results in a high employee turnover rate.

Cons

Very high expectations. Management couldn’t care less about how stressful and exhausting work was! They are unreasonable placing more workload and responsibilities than we could actually handle. The pressure was awful and I’m burnt out!

ICs are nice/competent, but that's about it

Cons

Poor pay with no opportunities for advancement. CEO has no idea what he's doing and is difficult to work with, which has lead to a ton of leadership turnover over the last year. Don't listen to all the fake 5 star reviews and avoid at all costs
