Excellent CEO and COO who go the extra mile to make sure their support staff is fully trained and taken care of with competitive pay and unmatched performance incentives. I'd work for them again in a second of the opportunity presented itself.

Cons

Fast paced. If you can't keep up get out of the way or ask for help and guidance to get you up to speed. Everyone is willing to help you succeed here. You just have to want to.
