Pros

Incredible company, incredible people and incredible products & services. The most advanced and progressive work environment I have experienced in over 15 years. Our office includes comfortable work spaces, open environment, basketball court, gym, free lunches. The Owners and Sr. Mangement require extreme dedication from their employees and, in turn, provide employees with the best work environment possible.

Pros

By far one of the coolest places I have ever worked. The culture is amazing and the amenities including paid in-house Lunch, a Cafe, Coffee Stand, Smoothie Stand, Full Gym, Game Room, Full Basketball Court and the list goes on. They know how to not only take care of their employees, but they know how to motivate and acknowledge them as well. The company is involved in the local community and supports Military Children in need as well as Community Organizations. The company has grown by leaps and bounds and even new employees have huge upside potential. I changed focus on my career, but I still drop in once and a while to say hi to the crew!

Cons

Not enough video games and they could use more in-house hot sauces, electric skateboards and my favorite tortilla chips!
