Pros
I have been employed by WorkWell Technologies for several years now. As they have grown they have added many company perks that you won't find anywhere else. Just to mention a few; they have a kitchen staff in the cafeteria who makes smoothies in the morning, as well as customized lunches daily for all employees, unlimited PTO (with approval from your manager), generous maternity/paternity leave, awesome Christmas parties, and monthly massages!
Cons
They offer innovative technology solutions which are always evolving, with that comes a busy workplace with lots of things to do. The workplace is a very fast environment which can be challenging. If you are the kind of person who just wants to show up and put in little effort... this may not be the right company for you. However, if you like a challenge and are willing to put in the work it is rewarding.
