Free Lunches AND Basketball Court!

Pros

I have worked here for almost two years now and it is so exciting to see the growth of this company in all aspects. Being a part of a company that pays so much attention to its employees really is what has driven this company to success. Who doesn't love free lunches, massages at work, or a basketball court?!! The nicest change for me in this job compared to others was to see the types of relationships that the CEO builds with each employee. That alone adds to the respectful and inviting environment, let alone all the amazing benefits. Working here has shown me what it means to run a successful business and I cant wait to see what more this company can do!

Pros

Processing Point is a fantastic place to work, it’s a pleasure to work for a company that is growing in the right direction and takes care of their employees. I have never experienced such a great work environment as I have at this company, the people at this company are a pleasure to work with and make it enjoyable to come to work. Projects are really interesting and exciting. There's a lot to accomplish and when I’m given a new project I’m also given the freedom to complete it how I see fit. Managers are supportive but do not micro-manage.

Cons

Being self-directed isn’t for everyone. If employees aren’t motivated and excited to contribute to what the company is doing this isn’t the right place for them.

Pros

Culture and work environment are probably some of the best parts of this companies success ( starts from the top ). Had the privilege of being hired for a short term project with processing point..... Could go on and on about adjectives and the positive professional experience I had.... But it's just plane and simple....successful company in so many ways- people- products- service - culture.

Cons

Hard to dig for negative adjectives. Met 90% of the staff and worked with them long enough to realize.... They are pretty happy.
