Pros

There are so many pros I don't know where to begin. Besides the great atmosphere and co workers, the free lunches and smoothie bar in the morning is is just the best way to get your day going. I started as a regular hourly employee and with in a year and a half I became the manager of my department. I worked real hard and they saw how dedicated I was to processing point. Hard work never goes unseen in this company, you go above and beyond they see that. I will continue to work hard and grow with the company and tackle any task that comes my way.

Pros

I've worked for big name retail outlets for years and once I found this place it's been the best decision I've made in my life. Working here is a breath of fresh air compared to the big box stores I felt I was stuck in. The perks are top notch (basketball court, awesome golf charity events, company parties, free lunch, and the fact that every employee knows the CEO and he is always attentive and asking what more can he do for "us" the employees....I didn't even know CEO's did stuff like this! So thanks to the Bosses and all the Managers!

Cons

None, I love it here. Working here like I said is a breath of fresh air, and I honestly come into work everyday loving my job and actually look forward to coming into work. Never in my retail career or at any big box store I was in, did I actually look forward to work (who does unless you're a rock star or something, but even then traveling must get old)...

Pros

I have worked with Processing Point's CEO for over 8 years and during that experience I have never meet someone more concerned about his employees and staff. I have worked at many other organizations and have not seen leadership that is more ethical or dedicated to the team. Whether you have some down time on your lunch break (and lunch is provided every day at no cost by the way!!) or just need to get away from your desk for a few minutes - there is a basketball court, skee ball, smoothie station, coffee bar, massages and so much more. Processing point provides a work atmosphere where you actually want to come to work - even on your days off!

Cons

I can't think of anything that needs improvement. I'm very lucky to work for such a great company with amazing leadership and opportunity.
