9yWe have experienced some management turnover in a few divisions as we've changed the direction and focus of World Book. Turnover rates are exceptionally low in 2016.
Lack of opportunity for advancement is just not true--there have been many, many internal promotions at World Book in 2015 and 2016 (my comment only speaks to activity in my tenure; however, I know there are many to note before this time period, also).
