Pros

One of the few legacy industry companies to successfully transition from print to digital profitably. Best-in-class learning products to sell. Leadership communicates where we're at, where we're headed. and how we'll get there openly and directly. Ongoing positive changes. Highly supportive environment.

Cons

Change and accountability can be stressful. Systems and processes could use an overhaul. Not a good fit for anyone even slightly uncomfortable working independently.

100 year old company not afraid of change!

It is exciting to see the positive changes taking place with sales and top mgt. This company is about growth and not afraid to change in the right direction!

Cons

Expense reimbursement is old school - needs to catch up with the other strategic changes being made at the top mgt level.
