Company provides educational and reference material for the school and consumer market. employees are loyal and downtown location is nice.

Cons

company is lost. no vision for the future and always chasing competitors and technology. top management/talent has fled. low pay and benefits. increase freezes and limited opportunities

Pros

There are some very nice and smart people; they are what makes World Book special. Great location. Decent work-life balance. No dress code.

Cons

High turnover rate in the last five years. The pay is below industry standard. Minimum benefits. No raises. There is not much room for advancement.
