Pros

Benefits are without a doubt the best thing going for it's employees. Executives appear that they care and mean well.

Cons

Severely underpaid, given more responsibilities with no pay incentive. Favoritism from management down. Pick and choose what they want to do despite what executives say or preach. Growth opportunities only come if you know someone. If someone believes a rumor is true, management treats it like it is. Harmful and job impacting. 4-5 years with this company and been in all NAIC buildings, never once saw a team-building activity with my team. Others have had them, but not us ever. Leads and Sups use their personal money to bring moral to the team by buying lunch or snacks because the corporate card isn’t allowed to be used for such. According to our direct manager. Exploiting good people. I love my team and I feel a moral sense to set them up for success. I work the overtime so they can spend time with their families. I take the extra projects so that my team can succeed. I don’t get paid extra. I get a thank you and that’s it. I feel robbed for being a good person. I’m leaving this company. I cannot mentally and physically be robbed for being a good person while not being paid enough to do all that I do. A custodian in my area makes the same as me. I have given so much to a company that used to be so great in 2019 that now almost stabs me in the back. I used to speak so highly about this company to people. I can’t get a promotion. I’m the top lead in my building and can’t move up. External hires take it first or I get word that they’ve preselected someone and just posted the opportunity to visually look good. I was hired that way myself. Preselected and didn’t even interview. Still posted my position for those to think they had a chance so I know it happens. Looking back, it’s an awful thing to do to people by giving them false hope to something that could improve their life and family situation. I would love to see the company go back to its former glory and I’d 100% come back and give it my all because I do love this company and the people deserve better. As I said, I feel robbed for being a good person and I cannot afford to work here anymore. There’s lots of issues to be said but I hope to see a change from it all.

Pros

Insurance. That is about it.

Cons

The hiring process here is the worst. Employees that do all the job of a supervisor other than approve the time cards gets passed over for a friend. This happens time and time again. I have been here a long time and it continues over and over again. Only 2 people I know of I feel deserved the promotions. Even some of those could have been friends.

Pros

The benefits are only $25 a month. The work environment is ok with facial piercings, tattoos, and colorful hair. You don't need much experience to get in.

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant here due to how people get brought in at the base level. Our insurance provider is Cigna aka Medicaid. The warehouse employees are undercompensated and overworked. Corporate lacks compassion for their floor level employees.

Thank you. Our goal is to be a great place to work for everyone. We recognize we may not always hit that mark although our health insurance benefits are outstanding. We wish you all the best.
