      Pros

      I heard about the culture through the interview process and everyone I knew who worked at WWT - and it's true. I experience it first-hand almost daily. WWT really focuses on hiring great people who fit the company's core values. The pay and benefits are unbeatable, and the company from the top down goes over the top to take care of their employees. It's a contagious culture and something very unique in a company - they invest in their employees and it shows. I feel valued, appreciated, empowered, and energized to work at WWT. Work/life balance is fantastic and the Executive/Senior Leadership team is talented and dedicated (and a lot of fun)!

      Cons

      Technology and tech services can be a complicated industry to learn if you have no prior background, so be prepared to be patient and keep asking questions - WWT makes it as approachable as they can though!

      Some remote control work is allowed

      Cons

      Extremely micro managed. New managers that don’t know how to support you. Always criticizing. Lots of back stabbing at San Ramon office.

      Vaccine Mandate

      Used to be a good place to work.

      As others have stated but I'm sure WWT will respond and say its an EO. The mandate is doesn't exist its just a press release. Company claims its for our safety but its all about the dollars. What happened to my body my choice? I guess monetization wins and fitting in with the other 150 large companies. Its very telling how unpopular this mandate is with WWT including three extra PTO days if your around next year. I hope fellow employees that view this shot created with and/or containing aborted fetal cells hold their ground. If God can feed his birds he can feed us. As a Christian I will not comply.
