Pros

You get 2 weeks off at Christmas

Cons

High staff turn over. Everyone leaves due to health conditions due to stress. Poor management. Staff would break GDPR all the time, and it was covered up because it made the company money. You do not get paid what they promise; whatever they tell you that you will make, you will have about a quarter of that. They have a competition for all the new staff to leave a good review before they start working and the best one gets £50 so don't believe the good reviews as they are being paid to write it. There was no career progression as was promised. Sexist managers would stand around objectifying female co-workers and making lude comments about their bodies. Most of the information advisors were young female and managers would often pull then into their office and try to make them cry to motivate them to do better. No regard for your personal life, one of my colleges was being abused by her boyfriend, arrived late and visible upset at work, she explained to the manager what had happened and got told me the manager to "no one will like you if you are sad, leave your personal life at home" If you value your worth, are a woman or are not willing to sell your soul to them or sacrifice your mental and physical health for some money, avoid them at all costs.

Cons

Wren Kitchens! This company have no morals, they are sacking everyone on probation periods and on self isolation , they are disgusting especially during the current crisis! They are trying to delete all negative comments off social media!

Pros

Very good pay in relation to how hard you work is one of the only positives. Be prepared for setbacks! Your peers that you work with can make or break the job - make friends and work hard is the key to some positivity.

Cons

Management want Yes people and robots. Some management have family backing so are higher and better protected than other staff members even when ridiculously underperforming, this then points blame onto designers rather than management. All staff members were bribed with a £25 voucher for a positive review on Glassdoor, You would then be reprimanded if you refused. The company Issues chargeable 'FREE ISSUES' to any mistakes to delivered kitchens whether you made the mistake or not. They have no buffer and will be paid out of commission and extremely difficult to appeal (if £1000 commission achieved and £1100 Free Issue charged you will end the Month with just a basic salary). They are incredibly hard to appeal You have a 2 year probation period where management can 'Terminate' a contract with an immediate notice period, highly likely it will be terminated coming up to a 2 year period, HR will send emails to management asking 'why staff turnover is so low' giving managers the opportunity to begin terminating contracts. No disciplinaries or PIP's needed prior to terminating. Showroom dynamics surrounding sexism are blatantly obvious and in some stores have been reported on multiple occasions. 2 Weeks maximum on holiday request, 1/3 of the year is in a 'red zone' meaning holidays cannot be taken - These includes all bank holidays - and all of December through to February! Management will also cut corners to fudge KPI's - Leads will be generated to better influence daily scores and account created as new when they should be revived. Management hide details from HR by brushing extremely sensitive issues under the carpet to protect their reputation from seniors.
