      Not bad pay if you do what management say

      Pay is good and commission is excellent

      Cons

      Long Hours, working weekends, bank holidays and literally all the time. Management look for reasons to fire people they dont like. Commission can get taken off you for other peoples mistakes.

      Micro management at it's high. Awful place to work,they treat their staff worst the same as their customers.

Wren do pride our selves on giving a first class customer service, matched with great employee benfit schemes for our staff, in an environment which I agree, can be fast pased at times.
