Pros

Decent commission structure Nice colleagues

Cons

No respect for employees Cowboys within the market place Treat customers like dirt Very happy to withhold your hard earned pay for their own benefit Awful management who are very self assured due to their inflated wages and like to hold that above designers

Pros

No pros if you’re not paid on time

Cons

Wren kitchens are a joke. I’ve been an installer for them for about a year and I’ve decided to go part time fitter for wickes and do it alone. Wren DO NOT PAY on time and when they do it’s not correct. The accounts department are a joke so I can only conclude the Wren kitchen have a cash flow problem so are not paying fitters on time. This isn’t just me. Wren are slowly getting a bad name for themselves with the kitchen fitting community and most now will stay well away. Howdens and benchmarx are the only genuine kitchen companies out there. Avoid Wren due to poor cash flow and poor accounts departments. This company is going down hill.

Pros

Commission ! Only thing that kept me here so long! But if your designer is weak the sale is out of your hands.

Cons

2 year probation period means you can get fired that same day! With one weeks pay! There is a culture of use and throw away! Make target or your out - forget your life and bills There is a conveyer belt of churned out kitchen designer.... they may know how to use the design soft ware but people skills can’t be churned out of a 2 week course. The pressure is emmense And often made to feel the pressure Designers end up paying to meet targets You are made to lie that there are saving to be made I’d u at a particular time- told half price off plus vat etc A lie same prices all year round And the company doesn’t match your contributions which they failed to pay for the first 9 months of my employment
