      Decent company, benefits are lacking

      Pros

      Good salary, varied projects. Business units are autonomous, which can be a pro or a con depending on the location.

      Cons

      In my experience, there was very little cohesion between offices/business units. PTO is well below industry standard.

      Pros

      Good work life balance, good location.

      Cons

      Not a good place for young engineers. Company is only interested in exploiting you for cheap labor. Not fairly compensated for overtime or extra effort with bonus or extra time off. No project stability or chance to be come expert level at anything. Management seems relatively out of touch especially with employees that are not directly a part of their business unit.
