      No warning layoff with a severance that doesn't cover a two week notice.

      Not a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Amazing, dedicated, and highly intelligent coworkers. Meaningful work, but very disorganized. Feels very much like a startup even though they've been around for years. Strong focus on community and team building. Fun company events if you are into that sort of thing.

      Cons

      Senior management is very pro-office. Staff hired as fully remote were forced back to the office or threatened with termination. In office attendance is tracked and monitored. Many departments are unorganized and it can be difficult to know who to go to if you need help outside of your department. Horrible and unprofessional HR department. They recently did a mass layoff where they let over 100 employees go over a group zoom call. Right after the call, people were immediately locked out of the system with no opportunity to say goodbye to coworkers or ask any questions. I would say proceed with caution if you are thinking about working there.

      Mismanaged disaster of a company

      Exciting projects to work on, extremely talented technical staff, passionate management

      Cons

      Disorganization from C-Suite down to individual engineers. Established policies and procedures are barely followed, if at all. Management is in constant denial about how far behind schedule projects are.
