      Pros

      They leave work early on Thursday to go drink. I didn’t participate. It didn’t seem very professional. Early out on Fridays.

      Cons

      Zero communication or feedback from supervisors. I was a staff sergeant and in the military for 5 years. If I had something to say to someone I was able to do it. It’s very strange to me that these people lacked the ability to communicate. They provided very limited guidance and became quite frustrated if you had any questions. This was a terrible transition from serving this country and then entering into the civilian work force.

      Good stock to own, bad company to work for

      Pros

      Most jobs at XPO are easy, so if you are looking to go in and punch the clock then you found your company. Unless you are in HQ then your clock ends at 8pm, so have fun with that.

      Cons

      Average to below average pay and benefits package. Extremely high turnover rate. No internal mobility whatsoever, merit increases lower than inflation even after record profits and govt tax breaks. Overall, employees are expendable cogs in the wheel and shareholder value is king. XPO is not a place for long term growth or career development, just look at tenure of employees who started post acquisition.

      Pros

      You can get some great experiences.

      Cons

      They will lie about the travel requirements and work hours. You will work like a dog. I suspect management is on Glassdoor adding reviews to increase the number, look at the trend chart. They tend to micromanage, lie to customer and then you have to figure out how to make up the difference which is impossible.
