      Working at XYZ is a truly fulfilling experience. The company has a clear vision for the future, and it's exciting to be part of that journey. As with any start-up, things change and move quickly, but this dynamic environment is deeply rewarding. There's a strong emphasis on taking ownership of your work, and you're given lots of creative freedom to make an impact.

      As long as you're willing to get stuck in, there are no cons.

      Pros

      I really liked XYZ they had a great culture and apart form some normal politics with certain people (nothing crazy). Everything I experienced was great. Great tech and great people and I felt I was being paid reasonably well, on par to industry.

      Cons

      I had to work on my own for many months. I was ok with this but some may not be. There was good communication all the time regardless.
