      Technology is bleeding edge and startup environment extremely fast moving Collaboration between employees is excellent and innovation encouraged

      Cons

      Employees are treated as if they’re disposable with a “you’re lucky to be working here” attitude. No transparency when it comes to day to day operations. Options require extremely high performance review scores to vest, which are impossible to achieve.
