Amazing tech - great company culture - next big thing!
Pros
Amazing culture - everyone works well together, looks after each other and while being very focused, generally have a lot of fun! Innovative Tech - some amazing developments in the world of AR and construction technology by this company that are taking the market by storm. You are treated like you are a key part of the team, what ever role you are in! The CEO is incredibly hands on which is amazing, is very approachable and shows his real passion for delivering this technology to market. Flexible working hours and the ability to work from home some of the week in my role is really helpful The office is also very impressive, when you walk in, you get the feeling it’s a smart tech company making impossible things happen with the staff to back it up.
Cons
Not really any! Company benefits package needs some work but actually this turns to a “pro” as they are actively looking to improve this as we grow so shows they understand that the change in needs from it’s employees as we grow.
