      Focus. Passion. A deep desire to change an industry that’s long been forgotten and neglected. A company built to solve pains - not create some mythological futuristic technology and try to find a market.

      No real downsides except to hire better and faster

      We get to work with the latest technology day to day, Employees opinions and experiences are valued and listened to when making decisions. Fast paced environment which enables your ideas to become reality

      Cons

      Being a VC funded company sometimes the schedules are pushed to their limit - they have never been unworkable but do cause extra pressure

      Pros

      Very high calibre staff. Great technology. Opportunity to grow with the company. Great team spirit with shared responsibility. Full-stack - everything is done internally so you can grow knowledge of whole hardware and software product cycle. Dynamic leadership team who trust their staff and make fast decisions. Well funded with access to the right kit to do the job.

      Cons

      Like most startups, a many of the team work long hours. This is not encouraged but often is necessary during busy periods.
