Great people to work with, great senior leadership. What has really stood out to me over the past year, is how the company has dealt with the COVID-19 pandemic. I've seen an immense amount of compassion from the CEO and his senior staff team, and this continues well into almost a year of dealing with the pandemic. Across all departments, I see people helping each other and working together.

Cons

I can't really think of anything major that would be classified as a con. This truly is a great place to work.

Global wellness days have been a welcome addition to our already robust holiday and Flexible Time Off benefit/s. The HR organization pivoted significantly in their wellness offerings (from enhancing EAP offerings to co. wide health and wellness challenges), and the leadership team continues to look for opportunities to remain visible, and accessible.
