Superb culture and great place to work. Awesome benefits and management is highly cooperative. I feel this is the best company to start the career as the growth is exponential. Regular onsite opportunities gives a boost to our career. Also i totally disagree with previous review about the Admin and the HR. I am working as a full time employee for the past couple of years and i can assure that the Admin and the HR have always been supportive and helpful for the employees.Also lots of benefits like evening snacks and breakfast periodically. Kudos to the Admin and the HR team.

It is a great company to work with.There is no work pressure but more you work the more you grow. Really awesome working environment. Lots of fun activities including many games. More on this you will get a quality work to do and your learning curve will be exponential.

Cons

Some of the people are here for very long time who are unfortunately in admin n HR roles.They are not at all supportive towards employees.More over they are very arrogant and dominating.

Xactly has been very good to me. I joined Xactly after winding down my startup and everyone here made me immediately feel right at home. It's been incredibly valuable working alongside super sharp people with a lot of experience in sales and marketing. When I joined the marketing team was about seven and it's since grown to 24. In spite of the growth the Company has managed to maintain a great culture. That's really a function of hiring the right people and locking out the "jerks". Amazing new office in Downtown San Jose is also a huge plus.

Cons

Joining a company with 300+ employees after founding a company with roughly eight was an adjustment. It took time to understand how to get things done in a functional hierarchy vs simple startup structure. Not really a negative because I used it as a learning opportunity.
