Dear Management, Please act on this - Things can be better organized.
Admin and Facilities - One of the worst
- Administration is unprofessional, unorganized not proactive
- Washrooms stink by afternoon
- Not even paper towels are provided in washrooms
- Flies come in office,
- WIFI gets frequently disconnected,
- Conference rooms are not maintained well, clumsy, equipment lies on table all over the place
- VPN does not work well from India
- New joinees has to ask for everything - bags, t-shirts, cups, vpn tokens, name plates even Id cards
- Coffee machines switched off after 4 pm,
- Pantry is dirty, even tissues are a precious commodity
- Broken chairs
- Desks are not cleaned properly
- Food coupons are provided at regularly irregular times
- Very dirty and slippery floors, no carpet
- No proper communication, you get to know things by word of mouth
- Everything gets delayed till last minute
HR -
- Again, unorganized and not proactive
- Does not communicate well
- No command on Admin to make things better
