      1. Great Place to work. 2. Great opportunity to learn new technologies. 3. conducts Fun-filled events like team outings, Birthday Celebrations, every month fun events what not i can say.. 4. Xactly-one events(Corporate social activities).

      No down sides till now but pay can always be more..:D
