Pros
Xactly is a unique company in that you typically don't have smaller to mid-size companies spend so much time and $$ focusing on creating a great culture and truly care about their employees and care about what they think. Much time at Xactly is spent figuring out ways to help employees and first line management to be better at their jobs. Senior management really cares what employees think and strive to continuously improve. The company puts employees first as can be seen by the benefits and extra ways they try and make the work environment fun and motivating. Employees (particularly former ones) that speak negatively about Xactly.....well, let's just say there is probably a good reason that they are no longer working at a fast growing, hot company that was voted a Great Place To Work. It's definitely a fast moving company that rewards great work and great attitudes.
Cons
The company is fast moving so if you are looking for a part-time lifestyle job or a company where you can coast, this isn't a company for you.
